Booking Terms and Conditions
- Calendar Day Calculation: For outstation trips, one calendar day is counted as 24 hours (00:00 Hrs to 23:59 Hrs). An additional 4-5 hours buffer time is provided for travel/return to Bangalore. Beyond this, an extra day’s billing at 300 Kms rental will be charged.
- Driver Batta’s: When hiring a cab from 00:00 Hrs to 23:59 Hrs, three driver battas apply: Day Driver Batta (6 AM to 10 PM), Early Morning Batta (00:00 Hrs to 06:00 Hrs), and Late Night Batta (22:00 Hrs to 23:59 Hrs). Night Driver Batta is charged only if the driver drives between 10 PM and 6 AM.
- Customer DO’s and DONT’s:
- No smoking or drinking in cabs.
- Loud music, rash driving, and rushing are not allowed.
- No self-driving; cabs are strictly driver-driven.
- Cabs not permitted in restricted areas.
- Give Respect – Take Respect: Customers are urged to treat drivers respectfully, understanding their role is primarily driving. Any assistance beyond driving is at the driver’s discretion.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: 100% refund for cancellations 24 hours prior; no refund for cancellations 12 hours prior or no-show on the travel date/time.
- Cab Breakdown: In case of breakdown, customers can close the trip temporarily. Replacement cabs may be provided based on availability.
- Booking Policy & Trip Closing Settlements: Bookings confirmed with an advance payment through online/cash/bank transfer. Settlements should occur immediately post-trip closure, and no credit is allowed.
- ODO Meter & Hours Usage: Outstation rentals: Odometer counts from office-to-destination-to-office. Local rentals count office-to-office kilometres with the timer starting at the customer’s first pickup point.
- Communication with Driver’s: Keep drivers informed about travel plans; customers are encouraged to follow drivers’ local insights.
- Inter-State Permit’s: Inter-State permits are required to enter other states, with customers responsible for the permit fees and any waiting time.
